Dance Marathon at the University of Michigan (DMUM) is a philanthropic and social organization dedicated to building support and funding for social, emotional, and physical rehabilitation programs for the children and families assisted by C.S. Mott Children's Hospital and William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan.
My personal favorite memory is the actual 25 hour dance marathon and there is family time where the kids have a talent portion and Grace sang on stage. She had the whole crowd going. It was a blast!
I am trying to raise money for kids with special needs, and the cool thing about DMUM is that it is run by the students at U of M and they decide how these funds are used for the kids. It is an amazing group of students that donate their time throughout their entire school year to make this event happen. So any donation is much appreciated.
